| PVC plastisol molded products are custom flexible
parts used in many different applications. All custom parts from tubular fittings or
harnesses, to mask covers or plugs are manufactured with standard machinist tolerances.
Stock materials are immediately available in FDA, 3A, NSF, and UL flame retardant grades.
Available with hardness ranging from 55 to 90 durometer Shore A. Material available from
stock in clear, black, gray, white and blue. Custom color samples and plaques are
available, please call for availability. Dip and slush molding techniques are both
utilized in this division. Custom thread to socket adapters and fittings,
'P' Traps, transfer ducts, air & vacuum manifolds, protective covers & soft plugs
are just a few examples of parts made in this rapidly growing division. Molded vinyl parts
candrastically reduce assembly costs, improving both performance and aesthetics in most
applications.
New for 1999 we have introduced and offer a complete stock line of fractional
and nominal sizes of flexible molded Tee's, Wyes, 4-Way fittings, 90 Elbows, 180 U-bends,
Connectors and Reducers.
