Payment
Terms 1% 10 days Net 30 days on all open
accounts, subject to credit approval. All walk-in and other sales
are C.O.D.
Minimum Order $100.00 minimum order unless
otherwise agreed.
Freight Policy All shipments are F.O.B.
LeRoy, NY. All shipments, which require parcel insurance over
$100, must have requests for such in writing on the original purchase
order.
Liability Clause LeRoy Plastics warrants
the goods shipped from this facility will be free of defects in
material and workmanship for sixty (60) days after the date shipped.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE INTENDED.
LEROY PLASTIC'S DISCLAIMS .ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
Returned Goods All requests for returns
must be authorized prior to shipping by obtaining a return authorization
number within sixty (60) days of the date goods were shipped.
Any return goods shipped without a return authorization number
may be refused from carrier. LeRoy Plastic's liability is limited
to the replacement of any materials which after examination by
LeRoy Plastics and at its sole option, are found to be in fact
defective.
Cancelled Orders Cancellation of any order
is subject to a cancellation fee. Stock orders are subject to
a $25 or 15% restocking fee, whichever is greater. All custom
order cancellations will be billed in hours and materials dedicated
to the particular order at the time of the cancellation.
Confidentiality LeRoy Plastics considers
all quotations, purchase orders, and materials relative to business
strictly confidential and not to be discussed or shared with any
individuals outside either organization.
