| Thermoforming of extruded plastic products was the foundation of
our business. Our forming capabilities range from 1/16" to 12" diameter tubing,
hose, pipe and rods. Many other profiles and shapes are also fabricated daily in this
accomplished division. Minimal bend radii with multiple plane bends offers custom routing
of air and fluid lines for supply and drain systems alike. Large diameter pipe sweeps and
customized tube fitting ends make connecting larger systems in the field much easier. This
division is capable of forming extruded plastic from any plastic material family available
today. |

| Our own professional machine shop has decades of
experience in developing innovative techniques and new tooling designs to insure you
consistent quality parts, on time. We continually participate in cost reduction programs,
which we feel is one key ingredient to success in today’s growing and competitive
markets. It is our mission to serve worldwide industry with knowledge, time and money
saving ideas, and implementation of custom plastic products that improve your products
performance and appearance. All custom
formed products are manufactured in our western New York facility under strict guidelines
that are initiated during the first phase of any project. Once a method of manufacturing
is selected, the tools are made and inspected for consistency, then the parts coming from
them are 100% inspected. Process control parameters are set during this phase of the
project also, insuring a recorded log of all dimensions as well as other important
elements surrounding each particular part. Only after a project has gone through all of
these phases and samples from the tools are accepted will we commence production. Along
with the fact that all phases of any project are done in house, you can expect a very
quick turn around time on most any custom formed plastic project. |
